Refunds

Because each book is custom made, we do not offer refunds once work on your book has started. Work typically begins within 1 business day of your order being placed.

Review Process

Each custom book includes a proof review process. You will receive a digital proof to review and request edits before printing begins. Once you approve your final proof, your book moves into production. Please note that delays in proof approval will affect your production and shipping timeline.

 

Revision Requests

​You may request up to 2 rounds of revisions during the proof stage before giving final approval.
